Introductory Program
We have a special introductory program that is designed to get you acquainted with our academy and answer all your questions about what you would be doing. You start with a tour of the school and this is followed by your personalised private introductory lesson.
We will show you what happens in a class and some of the basic techniques. We also teach you the three most important skills of self-defence that you can put to use immediately. We evaluate each potential student on an individual basis and then recommend the program most suitable for you. Does that sound like something that you would like to try?
